NOTICE: (Updated March 5, 2010)

Beginning December 19, 2009, Books 'N Border Collies will be posting but only intermittently while I pursue personal goals. I plan to share some reading I'm doing, but there will be no reviews. I will, however, be sharing my exploration of vegetarian cooking and the cookbooks and websites I use to educate myself. I hope you enjoy it!

That's a lot of stuff. I didn't know he'd written so much; I've only heard of a few of these titles.

Jeane ~ It *is* a lot. Seeing the lists put together gave me pause! But it's just something to have fun with and learn as I go along.

I disliked Go Down Moses when I read it in college, but after enjoying Cormac McCarthy, I've been meaning to give Faulkner another try. I look forward to reading your reviews. Maybe my opinion of his writing will change.

Charley ~ I've barely begun exploring Faulkner, but I can already see why McCarthy gets compared to him so often.

Wow, I never knew there was so much!

Joanna ~ I was surprised, too, but a lot of it is short stories, so it can all be broken down into manageable portions. :-)

Wow, this is an ambitious undertaking to say the least! I've grown to enjoy Faulkner over the years after a rough start with him when I was younger.

Lisa ~ Hopefully, I'll stick with it. I still find him intimidating.
