NOTICE: (Updated March 5, 2010)
Beginning December 19, 2009, Books 'N Border Collies will be posting but only intermittently while I pursue personal goals. I plan to share some reading I'm doing, but there will be no reviews. I will, however, be sharing my exploration of vegetarian cooking and the cookbooks and websites I use to educate myself. I hope you enjoy it!

I loved this Challenge in 2008, and I have no reason to believe it won't be just a great in 2009. I'm in! I have no idea what I'll read for certain, but here are a few authors that I'm pretty sure could make this list by the end of the Challenge:
Jonathan Kellerman (Alex Delaware series)
Kathy Reichs (Temperance Brennan series)
Jeanne Kalogridis (The Medici Queen)
Michelle Moran (Cleopatra's Daughter)
John Sandford (Prey series or Virgil Flowers series)
Christi Phillips (The Devlin Diary)
Jeffery Deaver (Lincoln Rhyme series, I hope!)
Robin Maxwell (Signora Da Vinci)
Robert Crais (Elvis Cole series maybe?)
I can't wait to see who actually ends up on the final list! You can read the rules and join the fun here!

I'm doing this challenge, too! There are a lot of books coming out next year that look really good. I'm also looking forward to Michelle Moran's next book.
Katherine ~ This is one challenge that I have no problems completing. There are always so many good ones on the way. I'm glad you'll be participating, too!

Here we go again, eh? :-) I'll be doing this one too - it's hard to believe but I didn't read anything actually published in 2008 this year!!! I guess I need challenges!
Joanna ~ Yep. We can't help ourselves. No 2008 books? Wow. I don't know why I find that so odd, but I do. :-)

I forgot to add Michelle Moran's book to the list of authors that I am looking forward to reading.
I must confess this isn't a challenge that is all that hard for me. I have read 35 books that have been published this year. I did make it harder for myself by saying that I couldn't swap books out of the list, and there are a couple that I still haven't read! I think I am going to have to swap some titles before the challenge finishes.
Marg ~ Wow! 35! I don't know how many I read, but I agree that this is a really easy challenge to finish. Especially if you are caught up on some mystery series and just need to read the new ones that come out. :-)

I'm thinking about doing this challenge as well. Hm..
Teddy Rose ~ With all the ARC's you read, this would be a breeze for you!
