NOTICE: (Updated March 5, 2010)
Beginning December 19, 2009, Books 'N Border Collies will be posting but only intermittently while I pursue personal goals. I plan to share some reading I'm doing, but there will be no reviews. I will, however, be sharing my exploration of vegetarian cooking and the cookbooks and websites I use to educate myself. I hope you enjoy it!

And The Winners Are. . .
I'd like to thank everyone who participated in my very first book giveaway! And a huge thank you Sourcebooks who provided all the great books for it!! Peter kindly offered his services to do the actual drawing out of his Tommy Bahama Panama Hat, so you know it was done with style. :-)
And here they are! The winners of the Georgette Heyer Book Giveaway:
Lisa from Books. Lists. Life. (Lady of Quality)
Veronica from The First Draft of Anything Is Sh*t (The Royal Escape)--Peter loved your blog name, by the way! :-)
Monica from Monniblog (Any of them)
Danielle (Faro's Daughter)--I'm not sure of your blog name, but if you'll let me know, I'll get it linked up!
Ta dah! Congratulations to all the winners!! Please privately email me your addresses and we'll get your winnings off to you ASAP. Also, if you'd like to change the book you'd like to request, just let me know. (My email address can be found in my profile information.)
Have a great day!

YAY!! I won something!
I plan to do a little giveaway myself sometime soon. I had wanted to do it this weekend but didn't get myself in gear, so be sure to stop by my blog this week!
WOW I won something! I actually gasped outloud when I saw my name! :)
Congratulations to the winners! What a cool book giveaway!
J. Kaye ~ Thanks! I thought it was really fun. I will definitely be doing more giveaways in the future.

I started Lady of Quality last night- I'm trading off chapters with a book I'm not enjoying but am obligated to read. It's slow going, but the Heyer definitely makes me keep going. Thanks again for the giveaway.
Hi, Lisa! I'm glad you're enjoying it. I read my first Heyer books last month, and I will definitely be indulging in more of them in the future. Cotillion was especially fun!
