NOTICE: (Updated March 5, 2010)
Beginning December 19, 2009, Books 'N Border Collies will be posting but only intermittently while I pursue personal goals. I plan to share some reading I'm doing, but there will be no reviews. I will, however, be sharing my exploration of vegetarian cooking and the cookbooks and websites I use to educate myself. I hope you enjoy it!

Booking Through Thursday
You’ve just reached the end of a book . . . what do you do now? Savor and muse over the book? Dive right into the next one? Go take the dog for a walk, the kids to the park, before even thinking about the next book you’re going to read? What?
(Obviously, there can be more than one answer, here–a book with a cliff-hanger is going to engender different reactions than a serene, stand-alone, but you get the idea!)
I think my answer is always the same: Dig right in to the next one!! Just like most of us, I always have too many I want to read and not enough time to read them. And with all these Challenges I've discovered, there's no time to waste! :-)

Happy Spring, Everyone! It's finally here!!!

I agree! Too many books, too less time!
Booking upto ending
Although I haven't participated in any challenges yet I quickly delve into the next read. There are too many awesome books out there.
Gautami and Idaho Gal ~ Too, too true. I need to win the lottery or something, because this "working for a living" business is seriously cutting into my reading time. . . :-)

So true! Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland where they sing I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date, no time to say hello goodbye...That's how I always feel, that I'm late in starting my next book! No time to ponder the ending! :-)
Trish ~ Yes! Yes! That's it exactly! I have all the books I want to read for these Challenges, all the ones I forgot about when I made my lists, and now I'm all intrigued with my "U.S. Presidents" project idea. . . I can't keep up with me. :-)

Yes, so many books, so little time... That's why I haven't gotten involved with any challenges - I'd never be able to keep up!
Jennifer ~ One thing I am learning the year is that it really is a bad idea for me to think I can plan my whole year's reading in January. :-) I think my technique next year will be to do one Challenge at a time. Finish one, sign up for the next. That way I will be able to make my lists from whatever my current obsession is at the time. It's so hard to resist them though!!

I prefer to wait a day or two. But with all the challenges, library books due back and books needing reviews, I can't afford to wait. So I jump right on into the next!
Also, wanted to stop by and wish you a Happy Easter! :)
J. Kaye ~ Happy Easter to you, too!
